The objectives of the Italian Society Northern Ireland are as follows:
- Encourage social, cultural and recreational activities in order to preserve and foster Italian culture among members of the Italian community resident and working in Northern Ireland.
- Support the activities of the Comitato Scuola Famiglia in the promotion of the Italian Language.
- Assist Italian cultural and charitable organisations which are established for charitable purposes only.
- Raise funds and invite or receive money and property, both hereditable and moveable, from any person or persons whatever by way of subscription, donation and otherwise, for the purpose of furthering the objects of La Società.
- Foster friendly relations between Italian and local communities and persons of other nationalities through social, cultural, artistic and recreational activities for the benefit of the Italian community.
- Act as a reference point for newly arrived Italians and provide for the general well-being of the whole community.
- Do all such other lawful things as may be necessary to the attainment of the above Objects or any of them.
